Build Week Six
As week six of build season comes to a close, we are almost finished building our robot! While there is no bag day this year, we are still working hard to get the robot done in a similar timeline.
Build has been working every night this week to get our competition robot ready to go. The green parts have come in and are being assembled into a functioning robot! They are continuing to perfect the climb mechanism and ensuring that the minor components of the robot are in top shape. In addition, they are beginning to work on the electrical components of the good robot, as well as completing the mechanism for the control panel.

Media has been taking photos and videos all week and began to do a week six video. As competitions approach, they are also working to finalize team shirts with all the sponsor logos on the back. As well, they learned a lot about creating and editing videos with a workshop being held by the owner of a local marketing business, and were able to take away a great deal of information to use this season.
Software is working on programming the different elements of the robot, including the climb, shooter, intake and autonomous mode. They are starting to get busier as the team gets closer and closer to having a completed robot!
Drive has been beginning to get the prototype robot driving around over the last couple of weeks, and we are excited to see what they can do with the completed robot!
