First Lego League

Our team strive to increase our involvement with the FLL program every year. Below is a summary our most recent involvement in the 2019-20 season.

• 4917 hosted a mini FLL tournament at our school for a few teams!
• The FLL Teams we mentor are:
  • ​​The Space Chickens - Elmira
  • The Wild Goats - St. Clements/Linwood
• We're so proud of our junior FIRST form teams! The “Space Chickens” won the second place Robot Design Award and finished 4th in their tournament on November 30. The team from St. Clements / Linwood, “The Wild Goats” won 1st place overall, earning them the 1st Place Champion's Award. Both teams are off to provincials on February 1, 2020! Congratulations and good luck to both of these teams!
